There is no airport transportation service! :(

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and well organised. The only problem was the info at the Hotel.com site saying there was an transportation service to and from the airport which the owner had already complained to the site that it was wrong and the site never altered. Whether or not having a free transportation service is an important factor to choose a hotel where the taxi costs are a way too high so I feel like being cheated by the site. There is nothing wrong with the hotel though.

Unique experience of a wooden house on beach

A completely wooden built house just right next to the beach. The lady which manages it is very kind & nice. Not sure why it's reviews are not high. It's one of a unique experience to live in a small wooden house with a kitchen & airconditioner. Definitely recommend staying for 2 days, which is what we did for our 4 days stay in Praslin.

Gepflegte Bungalows, Garten ist mittelmäßig, Strand war im Oktober durchaus in Ordnung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schlecht, sehr schönes Restaurant gut erreichbar, nettes Service

Hübscher Holzbungalow am Strand

Wir waren von den geplanten 3 Tagen nur 1 Tag geblieben. Mehrere Gründe: Kreditkarte wurde nicht akzeptiert (nur Barzahlung, worauf wir nicht vorbereitet waren). Der Besitzer war letztlich damit einverstanden, dass wir uns etwas anderes suchten und hat nur die Kosten für 1 Tag verlangt. Direkt am Bungalow war eine Baustelle, viele herumstreunende Hunde, der Strand / Wasser von Seegras verschmutzt. Zudem ist es für 3 Personen (2 Erw. und ein Kind) winzig. Man kann sich nur im Bett oder auf der Veranda aufhalten. Die Küche ist ganz ok. Eine Rezeption oder Ansprechpartner vor Ort gibt es auch nicht, nur eine Hausdame, die wohl morgens vorbeischaut. Die Einfahrt zur Anlage ist ziemlich uneinsehbar und daher gefährlich. Zu einer anderen Jahreszeit soll der Strand super sein, dann ist es für Frischverliebte sicher sehr schön.

Absolute NO NO

There was theft in my room. The entire cash was stolen from my wallet from the room. There is no proper security. The bungalows are in the middle of nowhere. It is very difficult to go anywhere unless you rent a car. The beach opposite to the bungalow is very dirty. You can't even step there, so don't get tempted by beach facing location.

Séjour excellent à Praslin

Arrivés à Loulou Bungalows (du 2 au 9 mai), nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Chantal. Le Bungalows est à 45 mètres de la plage, le cadre est très agréable. Proche de tous commerces, Chantal s'est empressée de nous mettre en contact avec un loueur de voiture pour que l'on puisse visiter toute l île sans contrainte. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour au calme et à 2 pas de la plage et d'un très bon site de plongée. Merci encore à Chantal pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Calme et dépaysant

Loulou bungalow est situé à peine 3 mn de l'aéroport, mais je vous rassure c'est le calme total. Pied dans l'eau, on voit les bateaux qui traversent notre vue. La plage serait belle si y avait le dépôt d'algues. Au niveau confort, il nous manquait rien.L'alimentation principal à Praslin, c'est le Poisson (pas cher!!-attendez les pêcheurs au bord de la plage). Le bungalow possède tous les ustensiles de cuisine pour faire cuire le poisson (friture, bbc,carry)Quel régal!!!. Chantal, est accueillante,souriante et discrète, toujours prête à nous aider,conseiller.

Lovely guesthouse

We were surprised on arrival at how beautiful the bungalows were. There's everything you need for a self catering break! It's very clean and welcoming. There are two good shops close by and a bus stop outside.The owner is very accommodating and will help with anything you need. There is a vast expanse beach 10metres from the room where you can watch a beautiful sunset.

Baulärm & Schimmel

Wir waren so enttäuscht, dass wir noch am ersten Abend ein anderes Hotel gebucht haben für den Rest unseres Aufenthalts. Gründe: Bauarbeiten auf dem Nachbargrundstück bis spät in die Nacht, Schimmel im Bad gefährlicher Weg bis zum nächsten Shop / Restaurant.

Il s'agit de 2 bungalows cote à cote très bien équipés à 20 m de la mer et à la sortie du village. Vous trouvez tout dans le village ; commerces, resto, distributeur, take away. Seuls reproches: la chambre n'est pas nettoyée (certainement car cuisine équipée) et proximité avec l'autre bungalow. A recommander toutefois

Bungalows idylliques avec aboiements

Les phots parlent d'elles mêmes : bungalows au look d'intérieur de bateau, bien équipés, jardin exotique (un peu sauvage) donnant sur la plage. Elle ne fait pas partie des plages "carte postale" de Praslin, quelques algues dans l'eau. L'emplacement est intéressant : 10 minutes à pied de l'aérogare, 1 arrêt de bus en face, 1 mini market à 5 minutes, 1 seul resto ("café le monde") à 10 minutes, très bon, mais pour le reste, aucune ville digne de ce nom à proximité. L'accueil par Chantal se fait le matin (sinon, téléphoner pour la clef, car il n'y a pas de "réception"). Elle est très gentille et de bon conseil. En points négatifs : les 5 chiens de la propriétaires qui dorment dehors et jouent le rôle d'alarme sonore, très attentive, même trop ! Si vous aimez les réveils ultra matinaux par aboiement, parfait ! L'eau chaude de la douche ... n'est pas chaude, mais ce n'est pas bien grave compte tenu des températures extérieures.

Cute bungalows on the beach, bit far from anywhere

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights, and Praslin is definitely worth a visit. The bungalows were small but ok for 4 nights, and with the high prices in Seychelles for accommodation you cant do much cheaper! The owner thoughtfully supplied complimentary milk and loaf of bread on arrival which was a nice touch. The downside is that the beach they are situated on is not as picturesque as the other side of the island. There is no shade on the beach so Lou Lou's really need to supply beach umbrellas. There is a bus stop not far from the bungalows to go to the more beautiful areas like Anse Lazio & Anse Takamaka

Underbar bungalow precis vid stranden. Inget för den hundrädde - fem hundar (jättesöta och keliga) finns på gården till ägarens hus. Ligger på andra sidan ön från färjan, men fem minuters promenad till flygplatsen. Fräsch bungalow, eget kokpentry och frukt, bröd, mjölk och smör finns och ingår. Busshållplats finns precis utanför, men rekommenderar bil så man kan ta sig runt. Kilometerslång strand utanför med snorklingsmöjligheter.

Don't waste your time

Didn't like the location, 30 mins from the Jetty (my fault for not doing my research), 5 min walk to nearest shop, and nearest town centre was 5 mins on the bus, which thankfully they seem to run about every 5/6 mins. The property is on shared land with a private residence, to which the home owner has Dogs, who barked all night The bathroom area is tiny, and I didn't have hot water to shower for the 2 nights I stayed! The beach, completely covered in seaweed, I know it's a natural thing and can't be helped, a little bit of a clean up of the beach would've been nice! However, you want your clients to be comfortable, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and they in turn will recommend your premises. I won't be recommending these premises, I wish I'd paid more and stayed at a resort
