"The location is excellent and hotel amenities are good. Rooms are bit small with no ventilation on a rainy day. We had rain for the first 3 days of our stay and there wasnt much to do indoors apart from play cards. There was a good activity club for children which kept them occupied. Bathroom didnt have vent so it always smelt damp and size was small. Hotel staff were excellent very friendly and always smiling. Food was fresh and variety was good. Swimming pools and other outdoor activities were good. Bar staff were nice "

"We LOVED our special stay at the Olivar Suites, our incredible room with the private gate leading to the ocean was so special! The room was luxurious, premium, relaxing and simply fantastic. "This is an Oasis of a hotel; well worth a visit. Clean and comfortable with excellent spa facilities and a lovely pool. What really makes it special is the staff. So friendly, so kind."

"The hotel staff and food served were excellent, however, the hotel is situated on a steep hill, not great for people with back issues. The hotel is outdated, the sofa in the room was very uncomfortable and the TV was a small 18 inches and we couldn’t get it to change to the English language! The hotel is not near the Old Town but at least a 40min drive away! We had to hire a car which was great to get around in. I booked this as Expedia had this as a 4 star but it is more a 3 star! Overall, we had a pleasant time but it would have been better had the hotel been a bit more updated and modern."

"Fantastic 2 week stay at the Mayflower! Perfect getaway for solo travel and groups - great communication with team regards check in and check out and any other queries. Cleaner was attending daily and did a super job of providing fresh linen and changing towels. Really impressed with the quality of the stay at Mayflower.Will be returning! "
