"The staff members were friendly, spoke great English and provided bag check service after our stay ended. They also gave us restaurant suggestions and let us know where to do laundry. The suite itself was straightforward and everything in the listing was as such during our stay. Note there is a key for the elevator and a key for the suite itself. We found that the keys were not the easiest to use during our stay. Florence is a very walkable city and our location was around a 20 minute walk on...
