"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Good location, only 10 minute walk to the train station. £5 to park for 24 hours which is a bargain! Room was spotless and minimalistic. Cool bar with a darts area too. Only stayed for one night so didn’t get to experience the pool. Starbucks is a bonus. "

Breakfast was excellent 5* Facilities were good - 4* pool and sauna used but some of the loungers a little stained and a smell in the pool of poo which made us thinks the pipes were blocked? Stale musky smell in the bedroom but this was due to the hotel having been closed and heating was on but room needed airing. Overall this was a lovely relaxing stay "
