"Everything from staff to breakfast was great!!! Location can’t be beat if you are on the train."

"We were greeted at the reception by a friendly lady and even though we were early, we got to check in. There was a welcoming plate of cookies at the reception which proved to be a delight for my daughter. We got a family accommodation and it was two separate rooms with separate bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised by that. Very clean rooms. The walking distance to places was close enough - to the train station, to the river and to the city centre. "

"The advert on Hotels.com is misleading and should be changed . There is no Alpenstadt Hotel. There are 3 different hotels, and you are allocated to one when you arrive. Only one has a manned reception, and parking is a lottery. We had to go to a different hotel (Sonnebichel) for breakfast, and there was no step free access. Our particular hotel (Erika)was an old building with nicely appointed rooms though the door to the balcony was in need of attention. There was a lift, possibly the smallest I've ever seen, and would not be suitable for many wheelchair users. Main issue is lack of staff on reception (the Erika had none) to handle queries, nor is any information provided in the room. Disappointing and poor value for money."
