"The rooms were clean and had lovely views of the river and mountains. The breakfast was fabulous- lots of choice and lots of room! The staff were helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed it! Thanks."

"Amazing spa, but disappointing room versus the photos. 2 star quality, 3 at best. The hotel itself is old. Twin room with single beds pushed together sold as a standard double, taxi service was late, parking arrangements didn't appear to be well coordinonated. Staff friendly however. "

"Upon check-in I had to submit my e-mail address for tickets but never received anything. Room was a bit small but OK and with a great view. Restaurant terrace and view excellent. Received a nice token birthday gift which was thoughtful. Staff members were all very friendly. Second night, someone in the neighborhood was blasting loud music all night, which cut into sleeping time. That was unfortunate. Overall, our stay was good."

"Absolutely stunning part of the hniverse. Ideal for humans. Make sure you get a lake facing room with a balcony and so on as I just stopped off for a nap and just took a sungle room without balcony but the view was spectacular through the window. Unfortunately there was some type of office motivational meeting for a company when I visited so all the name badges gave me Betty Ford flashbacks. It was extremely peaceful though, breakfasting was mediocre, bed was very comfortable and showering and toileting facilities were very good!"
