"Room was great. Staff was pleasant and polite. Nice hotel overall.
Vaccuum didn’t work for the pool so we didn’t get in. Too many bugs but other than that- Cold AC and nice rooms is all I can ask for."
"There were public areas that were not cleaned the whole time we were there. For example, we watched a dirt clod on the stairs get bigger and bigger as it was stomped on.
Breakfast bar was fine…except for plastic ware. It melted in the waffle and hot oatmeal"
"First got there and was a sign that said back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later someone showed up to check us in. So they dont have keyless checkin like most places.Website said has a bar. Doesn't. Said daily housekeeping. Doesn't. We stayed 2 nights and after a busy day with family and a funeral we cane back to the room. Not cleaned. Trash not taken out. Pool was cloudy. Didnt smell like it had any chlorine in it and mosquitoes were horrible. I understand there were recent rains but you wouldve thought they would have placed citronella or something to make it tolerable. ( but i dont fault them for that) I called for clean towels.and was told I had to bring dirty, wet towels to the office to exchange for clean ones. I said housekeeping missed our room. I was told oh they only cream every 3 days for extended stays. Also I booked online and paid up front but had to pay a security deposit becuz even though irons and ironing boards were available they weren't in every room. I had to pick it up from the office and take them to my room. Then had to wait for a security check in order to receive my deposit back. We have stayed here through the years but will not be staying going forward."
"Horrible experience air conditioner made way too much noise couldn’t get any sleep. They asked me for $20 at the desk on a different card. Waited 14 days still haven’t got my $20 called 1-800 number that they told me to call spent 30 minutes talking to some lady that gave me the runaround and told me to wait more days..14 days to get $20 really!!! no stars."
"The walls look like they had mold beginning to grow on them. The rooms were very musty smelling. We had a roach in our room. My parents had a mouse in theirs."
