"Horrible place, heater/ac unit did not work. Holes and falling ceiling above shower. None of the soap/lotion dispensers worked. No customer service. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Elevators worked intermittently. 👎👎👎"

"Hotel is clean and everything was fine. I stayed for a week. If there's anything I can ding them for is they kept giving me used TV remote control batteries instead of just installing new batteries, so I had to go down to the front desk and get them changed every day. I'll probably be back next week on my way back from where I'm going this weekend."

"Check in was fast and friendly. Our room was recently updated, roomy, clean and comfortable. Easy parking and well light at night. Plenty of hot water. No breakfast, but the price more than makes up for it. We will be planning on staying here again on our next visit to Urbana."

"I would have given a higher rating but the bathroom in my room was not cleaned good. The tub was not clean and the shower curtain had dirt spots or mold on it. It needed to be washed or replaced. The floor also needed to be swept. Other than he bathroom everything else was clean. The room was clean and updated. It looked like everything was new. I have stayed at this hotel several times and I’m glad they have made improvements and made it no smoking because it use to smell like a dirty ashtray although it was still clean in the inside, now it smells clean."
