"We stayed for the night at the hotel, it was great, fantastic room, the staff we really friendly. The hotel is in a great location right next to concert square. The room had a little kitchen area inside the wardrobe, coffe machine, kettle, microwave etc... We would defo stay again. "

"Place is immaculate. The staff from the reception to housekeeping to the bar are all great. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but from what I can see, the food looks great too. "

"The male night receptionist on arrival was very helpful and friendly. I stayed in room 328 which was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and had a lovely view of the east coast. Some minor points for improvement, the toilet seat kept moving to the left so just needs tightening I presume, the shelf in the bathroom is coming out from the wall slightly so is tilting down and there was unfortunately a small burn mark on the carpet. Other than these minor things it was a very pleasant stay. Nel at breakfast was lovely and a credit to the hotel, she had a smile each morning."
