"The hotel was acceptable, room were big, bedsheets were clean, towels were fresh, room was clean, only bathroom was not clean enough, I think because the cleaner has much to do. The staff were so polite and friendly, many thanks for the receptionist "

"One side of the property has a construction going on and it can get very noisy during the especially if you in one of the room next to it. So ask to move to other side of the property. But other than that the place is clean and the stuff are very friendly and helpful and the view of the 7th floor is beautiful "

"Restaurant staff was terrible. Ate with a group of friends. 4 of them had their food delivered in about 45 minutes. After 2 hours i finally asked about my meal. 10 minutes later they came and ask me to confirm what i ordered. They rushed my meal, if you can call waiting 2 1/2 hours rushing. Dish was cold and under cooked. No apologies, no we are sorry, just nothing. Food was terrible."
