"The single room was well-equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, tv, wardrobe and good sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable and extra pillow was appreciated. The hotel was quite warm for me but even in early November the weather was pleasant enough that I could open the window. Housekeeping, bar and breakfast staff were all very friendly."

The hotel staff is always available from unpacking your car and delivery your luggage on arrival to picking your luggage and packing your car back during departure. The service is incredible. "Lovely lake-facing room with a wonderful view. Comfortable bed. Spacious shower with lots of hot water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the convent and funicular. The walk back up from town could be a bit challenging for older or unfit people, but we enjoyed it."
