Downstairs bar is a great place for a drink before heading out for the night and Funny Girls is only a short walk away. Would definitely come here again if looking for a night in Blackpool. "

For example l, I went to the Blackpool Tower Circus yesterday, had a fantastic couple of hours there and during the interval got chatting to a couple in front of me and they didn't realise that the Circus ring is directly centred under the Tower itself. "Really comfortable and quiet hotel, bed was a little hard for my wife and I, but that is just personal preference. Restaurant was excellent, we both had the lamb and it was wonderful "

"Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again."

"The staff members were the highlight of our stay, absolute credit to the guesthouse. Complementary breakfast - tea, coffee, toast, cereals, fruit juices which was great. I have to say the room and building in genereal are looking a bit worn and could do with a bit of a deep clean and freshen up.
