"The room was fine. No big complaints. A few little things. The door handle to the room had to be yanked upward to open, which is an odd angle that i would sometimes fail to achieve before the key cardv reader timed out, requiring me to reswipe to enter, sometimes more than once. The refrigerator, when opened, reeked like rancid cheese, or maybe vomit? The ac unit seemed to run constantly and to make more noise than normal. The side door handle popped halfway off and dangled when I used it. It still functioned, but looked like a shoddy repair job that made it memorable. Breakfast was pretty standard. There were always plenty of eggs, and the first morning plenty of sausage links, but in days after that the side dish was not well stocked, so I had a couple day just eating scrambled eggs and never seeing any other hot food resupply come out of the kitchen. The coffee was also understocked. More than half the days of my stay the coffee pots were either empty or cold."
"The hotel is wonderful. The only thing I would recommend is that they don't get us breakfast from Walmart and invest in more name brand yogurts and other breakfasts to match the vibe of the hotel."
"Our room had not been swept, dusted, or bathroom cleaned. There was crumbs everywhere, furniture was dusty, and mirror in bathroom was not clean and very little toilet paper. We went down to tell front desk and was told the person in charge of house cleaning had walked out and the maids did not have accountability. My husband joked about he would sweep and the desk told him they would leave a sweeper in the hall. Next day after we returned we had new towels but floor still not swept and mirror not cleaned in bathroom and we had to ask desk for toilet paper. I will not stay here again."
"I came as a solo traveler to the Savannah Inn suites with my foster dog. I was doing an adoption in the area. If you have a motorcycle, you must stay in this area. I guess it has some of the prettiest riding trails. Although I did not come for that purpose, the Eria is really pretty and visiting. The Palisades State Park is a must. The property was lovely, it was quiet, clean. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was surprisingly good with some nice variety. It’s a quieter town and there are a couple fun restaurants and bars in the area. It’s my understanding they’re very popular. Overall, this is really a pleasant.. I highly recommend"
"The house decorations and style were incredible. The host, Naomi, was wonderful. Her cooking was delicious, she's very funny and helpful, and our Murder Mystery was a blast! I would highly recommend it"
"Changed room twice. 1st due to a beeping smoke alarm. 2nd due to a non working toilet. 3rd room had an air conditioning problem, but we stayed in it anyways."
