"COCKROACHES!! As soon as we walked in, we saw a filthy cockroach on the carpet! When asking for a full refund to run out of that disastrous hotel, the very rude staff member told me that they have cockroaches when the weather is wet like that. Omg! The hallway and room reaked of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. What a very dirty, dingy place with terrible customer service. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRING COCKROACHES BACK WITH YOU, DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS FILTHY HOTEL! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT TO HAVE TO DRIVE HOME AFTER A 3-HOUR DRIVE TO GET THERE!!"

"The rooms are outdated the deluxe breakfast was subpar. First and last time staying here. Room had a weird smell. Very overpriced for the memorial day weekend. But very close to foxwoods. Thats the only benefit."

"The hotel itself is small and so the rooms are pretty small as well. Especially the bathroom in the room. The sink was located outside of the bathroom due to its small size. There was a terrible smell in our room. It smelled really musty in comparison to the hallway and lobby. We tried febreze and Lysol, but it was no match for the stench. We also had to ask for extra pillow and linen although the room itself featured a pull out couch. But no extra linen in the room to utilize the pull out bed. And when a pillow was requested, woman at the lobby was not sure if she could fulfill request (but thankfully did). Not a horrible location but a bit of a let down for sure. Basic needs even including an ice bucket had to be requested at the front desk."
