Lovely place to stay in Preston!
Stayed at St Andrews House Hotel several times over last few months. Every stay has been very welcoming and nice. Great staff, service and good rooms.

I've now stayed at St Andrews House Hotel a number of times in the past few weeks. Each stay has given me consistently good and warm service. Very helpful team of people supporting everyone's stay. Breakfast is really nice and because I rush in the mornings, the staff packs the breakfast for me too. Overall, really nice hotel to stay in with very good staff!!

Great value for a clean, comfortable hotel.
It is difficult to find good quality accommodation at a reasonable price in Preston, but St Andrews House provides exactly that. It is clean, with fresh decor and is a friendly, homely hotel. You get comfortable accommodation with good sized TV, tea and coffee facilities and a powerful efficient shower in the bathrooms. Any faults are very minor such as basin and bath plugs not attached to the chains and hand wash in the bathrooms but no shower gel provided. We always bring our own anyway! You get a good breakfast included in the price. Although its a good 30 minute walk from the city centre, there are plenty of shops, bars etc nearby and several bus routes within a 5 minute walk. Taxis are fairly low cost here as well. All in all, this hotel is excellent value for money and we will certainly stay here again next time we're in Preston.

Extremely noisy was like being on a race track. Very small room, photo of room I booked showed an unsuite but had to share shower & toilet. Kettle would not fit under tap in bedroom to fill. This said the staff were lovely & so was breakfast . But would not return

the room that you booked DOES NOT show a picture of a en-suite as it’s a shared shower room.. nobody else has had the same complaint when they have booked said room Kind regards

Lovely Guest House and Staff!
The guest house was lovely. Our family room was more than adequate for our needs, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, very attentive, and gracious with our requests. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Dear guest Please may we ask that you kindly return the Wi-Fi hub that you stolen which is clearly on CCTV and if it is not returned within the next 24 hours this footage will be going over to the police! We have already informed Expedia.. if you could kindly phone the hotel and make arrangements for its return..

The hotel was lovely The staff were very friendly and helpful The room was clean and comfortable Unfortunately the walls were exceptionally thin and we could constantly hear EVERYTHING the room next door did (including snore very loudly) The breakfast was very nice though and we would still stay again

Exceptional friendly stay for a great price
My partner and I booked a double room and a single room for my father. We were all extremely impressed by the decor throughout this beautiful Victorian house and the original features. The host on our arrival was friendly and welcoming and helpful with directions to the venue for a family party. Breakfast was taken by my father, who was really happy with the options provided. We'll definitely use this place again.
