"The property was perfectly located near the Vegetable Market. Close to shops, dining options and tram services. Negative aspects included communication from reception, WiFi constantly dropping out as it was hotspotted from hotel downstairs and due to poor wifi access was unable to access apps on TV's. "

"The property seemed to be in the middle of construction/remodel. The apartment itself was spacious but was unfinished. The space under the tub was untitled, the floors in the door frame were missing separators, and most importantly, there were no window coverings on any of the windows, nor was there a shower curtain or door. It felt like we were given a room that was close but just not quite finished. Also, we were on the 6th floor but the elevator only went up to 5. Better than nothing!

"Let me put this upfront the flat is great very clean and great comfort. The bathroom is for four+ very small but still sufficient and the kitchen is well equipped. It is directly located at the market square which is great for going but but also means that until midnight it can be quiet load. Now the downside, I had possibly the worse customer service ever. "The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

As a welcome gesture, we were treated to champagne, and for lunch we went to a local restaurant located on the hotel’s ground floor. We are very pleased. The food was delicious, the atmosphere beautiful, and the location couldn’t be more central.

"Stunning accommodation. The service was excellent from the front desk to the cleaners. The location is perfect to explore BRNO. They have a well laid out gym. The only negative was that i wish i stayed there longer rather than heading to Vienna. Highly recommend. "
