"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there were multiple issues that made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work properly, which made the room hot and difficult to sleep in. To make matters worse, the bathroom didn’t even have basic necessities like soap available. I brought these issues to the staff’s attention, and while they apologized and promised me a refund for the inconvenience, that refund never happened. Customer service means following through on promises and making guests feel taken care of, and unfortunately that did not happen here. I would not recommend staying at this hotel based on my experience."

"Check in was good, room had a wer carpet that made the ceramic floor like ice. Went to dinner at Saltgrass, that was excellent. Went in to gamble at the roulette only to be told rudely that there were no new players allowed at the table. What a joke. Other than Crystal the bartenders were rude. Not sure how they're still in business to be honest. Not coming back, that's forsure!"
