"Room was nice enough, toilet messed up the 2nd night and when we asked the night clerk he told us we’d have to wait until the following day and just use the restroom downstairs in the lobby in the meantime. We asked for a plunger to at least attempt to fix it ourselves and he said we’d have to wait for housekeeping to arrive the next morning. When it came to check out we had requested a late check out only to find out that the clerk when we checked in never put a late check out for us so we were hounded when it came To normal check out time. Property was nice and clean just think the night staff may need more training. "

"The room was full of construction dust, uneven shower floor, toilet handle sticking with water running and breakfast was late on the weekend. Bed was really comfortable, lovely automatic blinds (but no instructions), TV size was good, nice cable services. "

"Just only thing is housekeepers on Sunday just opened the door with out at least not knocking more than once just knocked once and opened the door I could have been changing out something "

"The people above us had children who ran and jumped constantly. The hotel said they would take care of it but nothing came out of it. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was horrible."

"The last two days of my stay I had to live with a wet carpet. They chose to shampoo mine while I was there. The staff just said, sorry your room was on the list."
