We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast. During our tour we have stayed at a lot of hotels, many more modern and more expensive than this, but this was our favourite. We will be back again and bringing friends for a simple, comfortable stay with amazing views under the mountain!

Great location but dated facilities. Staff was very helpful and the other major complaint was the Wi-Fi, which is subpar. Overall excellent location and a nice hotel that needs to be brought into the 21st-century a bit with better amenities.

Hotel centrale e molto comodo. La persona che ci ha accolto al check-in, anche se a tarda serata, era molto gentile. I bagni sono assolutamente da ristrutturare, nessun drink di benvenuto, frigobar con solo due bottigliette di acqua (pessimo) nessuno snack … non lo trovo un servizio complessivo da 4 stelle e il prezzo è eccessivo rispetto a quello che la struttura offre.
