"The hotel was very classy and clean. It was walking distance to manduria Town with nice places to eat nearby at very reasonable prices. Nicole and Sara were incredibly kind and couldn't do enough to help us with info on places to visit and otherwise. We would return here just because of the wonderful customer service received from them and the lovely hotel of course. Our family room was spacious and had an excellent jetted double shower which our 6 year old couldn't get enough of. The wifi wasnt...

Ein Sache die uns gestört hat, waren die Handtücher. Die haben leider sehr gefusselt beim abtrocknen. Und etwas mehr Stauraum für Kleidung in unserem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. Sonst war alles top!"

We stayed in the suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. Peaceful and private atmosphere. "This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."
