"Great place and great breakfasts"

"I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the hotel was spotlessly clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can really feel that they care about their guests. I was truly impressed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"We are traveling a lot and I can say that all the staff was very helpful and kindly answered our questions. The place is just gorgeous and food was very variable. We are so satisfied."

"Nice wellness"

"Clean room, very nice staff, hot tub amazing"

"All good, except for the dinner buffets. Very limited and only Czech food (that is far from my taste). Not to mention that the bar was closed and the wifi highly unstable. Other than that, it's okay, but quite far from everything."

"very friendly service, comfortable rooms and beds, good restaurant"

"Rolige omgivelser og skønne omgivelser"

"Es war ein tolles Hotel . Wir waren mit Hund und selbst sie wurde freundlich begrüßt und mit einer Decke und Leckerchen verwöhnt "

"In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."

"Very happy with this hotel. Excellent accomodation, nice, large pool with jacuzzi, fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff. Good location, as well. Will come again!"

"es konnte keiner nicht mal ein wort deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr schwer machte, es stand in der Beschreibung das ein Parkplatz inbegrifen ist, war es aber nicht. Wir musten dafür bezahlen, wir haben 2 Raum mit 2 Doppelbetten gebucht, haben dann aber nur 1 Raum und 1 Doppelbett bekommen! "

"Great location. Near all the attractions. Short walk to the entrance to the Karkonoski Park Narodowy (red trail). "

"In a quiet area, surrounded by old villas, a place with a character. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious. Good location, close to hiking trails. We stayed there in May and enjoyed a morning coffee and evening drink on the patio"

"Nice place, free pool entrance, kids club Minus - the sofa very uncomfortable Happy with stay and services, just the bed quality was not good."

"Dog friendly and air conditioned rooms. Walking distance to town centre. Swimming pool and sauna included at no extra cost which was a great way to relax after a day of exploring. Buffet style breakfast with lots of local food options to choose from."

"Very nice, well kept hotel. Breakfast was great."
