That extra effort meant the world to us, making it easy to be close and celebrate as a family. The location is ideal — right by the Metro, making it so convenient to explore Washington DC and Georgetown with ease. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt the overall value and service were exceptional. This was far more than just a hotel stay. "I did not have any interaction with staff. At night, i tried calling Guest services and Transportation/Bell desk multiple time to inquire about the aurport shuttle and no one answered. I used the QR code to get my answer but the site did not answer my questions."

"The Washington Plaza has become my favorite hotel if I need a great price/value offering. Centrally located on Thomas Circle, it is a short walk from the Metro (with direct connection to DCA and IAD), in walking distance to downtown, museums, and restaurants. I also like their Fitness Center. And the staff is super-friendly."
