"We have stayed here 3 times before and have always liked out accommodations. This time we went to our room, and it was filthy. Floor had not been swept, bed comforter had stains on them and the bathroom was very dirty. This is the first time we have ever went to the front desk and asked for another room. The second room had not been swept, comforter had stains and the bathroom was dirty. We actually made a run to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom before we felt like we could use the facilities. I'm wondering if this location is under new management or ownership."

"Exterior is very run down with warping boards and very advanced peeling paint. Landscaping is terribly overgrown. Card entry on doors other than the main door does work. Light bulbs in rooms burned out and some missing. Telephone in room is filthy. Device holder on bathroom wall but no device - iron or hair dryer? Coffee pouches on tray in bathroom next to toilet but no coffee maker or cups. Pool wayer very cloudy. We cannot recommend staying at the Franklin IN Baymont."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a little old but well maintained. The restaurant had good choices and the food is very good. I love that there is a shuttle to the music venue and shopping. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Expedia app booked the wrong date so I paid 100 dollars for a room that was ready for me a week before my actual date for my trip so I ended up having to find a place to stay last minute that cost me a additional 150 dollars I will never use Expedia again lesson learned "
