"Pretty hotel. Clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nice pool . Decent breakfast.
Only 2 suggestions. Landscaping needs cleaned up. Fruit in the breakfast area was not fresh.
We will stay here again."
"Room was very clean and nice. The hotel seemed very clean, the pool could use a new ladder and a little TLC. The Breakfast was very good and had a lot of nice options!"
"Pool was out of order and looked to have been for awhile. Hotel was old and not very well maintained. The smell of cooking was very strong and specifically, curry, which I love but not while I'm sleeping. Bathroom door was warped and wouldn't open completely. AC thermostat was messed up. Some of the lights didn't work.No bugs. Beds comfortable and clean. No elevator and stairs were dirty. Breakfast didn't start until 9 am and not much to choose from anyway.Paid for amenities that were out of order or we didn't feel comfortable eating."
"Rented 2 rooms.
Problems: No linens for sleeper sofa. No supplies in kitchenette. Smelled stale.
Other room’s toilet didn’t flush without fixing something inside top each time. Didn’t figure out this was a problem til early evening and had unpacked so didn’t want to move. Apparently, they couldn’t “fix it”."
"Do not stay here if you want a clean room! The floor was dirty the couch was nasty! The dresser was missing drawers. Burn hole in the sheet. Oh and don’t get me started on the bugs….no bed bugs thank God but other little bugs crawling all around. Front desk was not helpful at all!"
"This hotel was atrocious. When we arrived, there was no one at the check in desk. A sign said to call # to get help. That # had a mailbox full with no answer. I searched the hallway and found a cleaner vacuuming. She said she would find the clerk. The clerk arrived about 10 minutes later covered in sweat and carrying dirty laundry. He said my reservation was not in their system, but assigned me a room. We parked and carried our luggage up to the room. The clerk was near our room and opened the door. The bed was not made and the desk clerk brought in sheets and started making the bed . The pillows look like they had been left out in the rain and were disgusting. We turned on the TV and the only channel that would come in was a porn channel. Unacceptable! The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I turned to my husband and said we are not staying here! We gathered our stuff through our keys on the desk as we left and found another hotel. Oh, also, the desk clerk told us he had been previously incarcerated and had not been out of prison for very long. This was not a comfortable situation."
