"The first room we got at check-in smelled like cigarettes and the microwave didn’t work. We spoke with the receptionist and she upgraded our room since there were no more rooms available only suites and apologized to us for this. She was such a sweetheart and joked with us. I would stay again. "

It costs 20$ a day to park and there is a 50$ charge/hold added to your stay that is not including in the information on Expedia. The front desk blamed that information not being shared on Expedia . "

"A/c didn't work heat didn't work, 2 out of 4 elevators didn't work.weird smell in bathroom, toilet didn't flush until I fixed it. There were so many holes in the driveway coming in it was like a maze to get around the all, this is not an exaggeration. "
