"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful . Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Newport Student Village! It was only a short 10 minute walk to central Newport and if you walk 5 more minutes you will be at the bus station which will take you everywhere you need to go. The room lacked decoration but that was something I expected as the facility is used to house students. I did have a bathroom, so that was a pleasant surprise! The staff was incredibly helpful and polite. I would 100% stay here again! "

"This was an excellently decorated & comfortably furnished apartment, perfectly located in a quiet location in the main part of town. We parked a short distance away at the ASDA car park, which was reasonably priced via the JustPark app. Helpful owners & excellent communication. We didn’t use the cooking equipment as the apartment was close to a number of chain restaurants - we did notice that there was no sharp knife nor microwave but otherwise was very well equipped. "Friendly staff, really good breakfast even though it was only a continental type breakfast. Pastries, cold meat (nice quality) and cheese, fruit, yoghurts, fruit juices, cereals & toast but plenty for everyone and all fresh. The rooms were a reasonable size. All in all a good experience. "

"I received an email on the Friday saying because they were putting in a new jacuzzi and haven’t finished the work, there would be no access to the sauna, steam or jacuzzi (of course). It was too late to cancel, but the whole point of staying in this particular hotel was for access to these amenities. Spoke to the manager and sent emails expressing disappointment. There was nothing in compensation offered at all. Very poor! "

"Really nice room. Cosy bar and restaurant. The Four out of five for the staff because they sat around us chatting whilst we were having breakfast. It felt a little like we were in the way of their conversation. Dined here on two evenings and one breakfast. Very good meals apart from a massively overpriced “cauliflower steak” - ordered out of curiosity but I should have asked first. It was just a roasted head of cauliflower… and not that big a one, either, but the price didn’t reflect this! Very noisy at closing time and in the street outside. "
