There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. "We had a nice three day stay in July. We stayed in suite 10, which had a plunge pool and sun deck. The hotel is very small, like most wedged in Santorini. We were greeted by the GM when we arrived and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We used What's App to communicate and they were very responsive with anything we needed. They provided the choice of coming to breakfast, or choosing from the menu and having it brought it to your room. The location is very convenient and we were able to walk to almost every place we went. The had dinner one night at the hotel with the spectacular views of the property. The only downside to the property is that the rooms are a bit tight. We had the main room and bed on one floor that was small, and the shower and toilet on a small floor below. The main floor was a bit cramped when we were in the room. Overall, I would recommend the Kivotos as a beautiful property, great service, and a convenient location."
