"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. "Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. "

"We had a fantastic time at camping Chania. Staff were great. Tents are clean and comfortable. Pool and bar area is good and great for lunch time snacks or a beer and ice cream. Beautiful beach, restaurants and shops near by within a 5min walk. Local bus will take you into Chania town too. We will definitely be back!!!"

"Minoa Palace in Chania is one of the best resorts out there. All the staff are so kind and hospitable. A special thank you to Almera, who took care of our stay from day one until our departure; she is so kind and one of the best at what she does. Thank you also to Labrini (I hope I'm spelling their name correctly). The accommodation was beautiful, located right in front of the beach, and we had a private pool & private cabana by the beach that was exclusively for us during our stay. The food was excellent. The location is the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Elafonisi beach, arranged by the wonderful receptionist; our trip to the pink sand beach was a highlight. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you for your VIP treatment of us; I can’t thank you enough. Thank you, everyone!"

"I had a wonderful time at the hotel! I loved the spa, the pool and had the best night sleeps! It is a shame that the main restaurant does not serve a real espresso from ground coffee beans as it would have been nice to enjoy a good cup of coffee with the wonderful breakfast, but despite this, I will happily return to the hotel"

"The staff were all wonder! And the breakfast in the morning was fabulous! Room was simple, but quite small. I was alone and still seemed to use every space for my stuff. I got the single room though, so keep that in mind. Hotel was in a great location 5-10 min walk to main part of the old town and right on the old harbor(obviously) would definitely stay there if I go back to Chania!"

"The hotel is beautiful! It has a decent size but feels like we are in a boutique hotel. Never crowded or noisy. Service was excellent.
Super clean and beautifully decorated.
The beach is lovely, sandy and calm and just a few steps away from the hotel what's really convenient.
There are several restaurants around the hotel and it's only 13min by car to Chania old town.
The pools are amazing, but cold. Also the private plunge in the room was too cold.
The bathroom was small and with no shelves to put our toiletries. The shower had only a small curtain protecting it and water was going everywhere.
Spa was beautiful but only 30 min access included per day.
Breakfast was varied and delicious!
Drinks are expensive.
Overall an amazing place in a great location with a perfect set up for a relaxed beach holiday. Highly recommended!
