"The outlet for our refridgerator was broken. The staff was quick to offer another room or a different refridgerator. We got another refridgerator to work and problem was solved to satisfaction."

"Neither the hot tub nor the pool were open either one was worked on the entire time I was there. The fitness area was a pass to Anytime Fitness which was no where close to the hotel. Continental breakfast sucked. "

"For a handicap accessible room there are many things lacking. It was all the way down the hall a long distance to the desk and breakfast. All of the doors from the outside and the door to the room are heavy and impossible for a handicapped person to open while using a mobility device...no button to push to open them. The bath tub has a nice shower chair and hand held shower but there should be a roll in shower. The digital clock in the room was impossible to set correct time. The desk clerk and housekeeping person didn't know how to do it either. There are no instructions on how to operate the TV. There was no paper and pen to write down anything from a phone call etc. The only light in the bathroom is quite dim and difficult to put on makeup with. Outside our room during the night there was a very loud truck revving up its engines several times making sleep frequently interrupted. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. "

"The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores"

"Firstly, the lady in there was so kind!!! However, location, terrible...tv didnt work, was stuck...just so uncomfortable...you definitely get what you pay for here..."
