"The location was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were disappointed that there was not a USB plug in our room, and the shaver socket was too high for our toothbrush charger to stand."

"I had a lovely warm welcome from Lucy and delicious breakfasts from John (perfect poached eggs!) at their beautifully-presented house less than 5min walk from the North Norfolk Railway, public transport links (bus and train) and lots of other amenities.
Room 7 is classed as a basic double, and while it’s quite a compact room up in the eaves (ideal for single occupancy and maybe not for the very tall) it makes great use of space and is very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean, with some of those little touches that often get annoyingly missed out - somewhere to put your things in the shower, adequately-sized bath towels, and a really good electric fan.
I will definitely stay at Holway House again if I’m visiting the area, and some of the other guests I coincided with were repeat visitors as well."
"We booked a long bank holiday weekend at the very last minute and were not disappointed. Very tranquil location so the town isn't really walkable unless you are super fit although only minutes from town in a car. But the hotel more than made up for that. Very traditional which made you feel like you were stepping back in time. The staff were all super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We couldn't fault the room. Very comfortable Super kingsize bed in quite a large room, which also had a fabulous bathroom. We only had breakfast one morning but they had a great selection of hot and cold options. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we were out exploring but the meals we saw others enjoying looked amazing. If we are ever in that neck of the woods again, we would most certainly stay here again. "Was a really lovely pub, very welcoming, great service and the evening meal was to a very high standard. The manager moved us to a seafront view which was a nice touch, bed comfy, and well stocked tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was 5 star, highly recommended."
