"We stayed overnight for an appointment the next day in the area. It was a lovely stay. We had drinks & lunch in the bar but went out to dinner because it was Sunday and the restaurant was closed. The food and service in the bar area were great! My complaint is that we left clothes in the closet and we called right away after leaving. We left 3 messages so that someone can ship back our items at our expense. We did not receive 1 call back. That is poor customer service! What an amazing place to have that bad of customer service at the front desk. "

"The hotel, it's location, and staff were outstanding! We were in town for the Women's SEC Tournament and had a blast. The hotel is near so many restaurants and amenities. TopGolf is literally right down the street. We're definitely staying there again!!"
