Beautiful hotel in the heart of Prishtina, steps away from dozens of restaurants, shops and general people watching. But if you want to relax at the hotel there are plenty of options at the spa. Staff were super friendly as well.

Truly exceptional service, especially at the restaurant and check-out. Requests addressed and resolved swiftly. Room was somewhat dated, windows not entirely noise blocking, subpar coffee in the room but otherwise very clean and functional. Breakfast buffet was good and catered for dietary requirements. Meal at the restaurant was also good though on a pricier side. Opening hours of the hair salon not convenient which is a pity as I couldn't use the service. A word of encouragement to the housekeeping staff - it's OK to respond to a hello.
