A cozy, bright and tidy apartment. Had all the necessary utilities for a good stay. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is the location, as most popular places are at a distance.

The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it .
The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. The door locking system battery was running out of battery power. Only on1 of the 2 hobs worked. All of the above reported to the operators - no action taken by them. Half the levers for the louvre doors were missing. The advertised swimming pool did not exist.

The location was central that was the only thing I liked.
I had an apartment on the ground floor, it was way too dark inside, the lights inside the apartment where to shiny... Soo it was either too dark or the feeling that you were in a showroom. They really should use some other lights to make your feel comfortable in the room. The toilet flushed poorly and the sink didn't let the water go.
The contact of the fridge was broke so I had to put it in another contact. These things should have been checked when a guest arrives and the guest should not have to notice... So get it together and make people feel comfortable

屋上テラスにはキッチンや冷蔵庫、テーブル
