From the moment we arrived until we left we were blown away by the service in the hotel. Donatella & the rest of the team were so helpful throughout. Great location in the middle of the island and easy to explore everywhere. Great recommendations from Donatella as well. Highly recommend to anyone

Absolutely wonderful! Donatella, the hostess, is what stands out. I have never had such good service before from hotel staff. She did her utmost to make our stay unforgettable and really succeded! We loved Procida and got the best tips from her. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to experience a haven in this beautiful island.

Stayed at the Insula Boutique Hotel for a birthday weekend, and it was perfect! Excellent location to walk to the port/Corricella or Chiaiolella, and close to both entrances to Chiaia beach. Donatella and Carlo are excellent hosts who know Procida well, including the best restaurants and activities, and they will help you make reservations. The pool area is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy drinks and aperitivo. Truly one of my favorite places I have ever stayed, with the best service and kind hosts. I am looking forward to staying here again!

Dontatella and her fabulous team were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The property is beautiful and the pictures do not do the garden justice. The drinks and food were delicious and not at all expensive and the service was excellent. We could walk to most places so a great location. I wish all hotels had the same caliber of staff. This very picky traveler would not hesitate to strongly recommend this hotel.

Everything was simply perfect! The best hospitality we have ever experienced in Italy. Recepcionist welcoming us at the arrival was super nice and help! Provided coffee, cookies and detailed information where to go and what to do at Procida. Thank you! ☀️

Just returned from an 11-day trip to Italy. Stayed in 5 different hotels, most of which were booked through hotels.com. This was BY FAR the best accommodation of trip. The service was impeccable. I felt treated as if I were royalty. Breakfast is made to order and the selection is fabulous. My room had a lovely patio that was steps away from the pool. While the pool was open, I did not take a dip because of the weather. The bed is comfortable. Pretty much everything about this hotel is top notch. For those who like to walk - and Procida is a "walker's" island, the hotel is within 20 minutes by foot to il Postino beach and the main town/ St. Michael's Abby. You're even closer to one of the best belvederes of the island and the local spiaggia. LSS, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Zimmer Nr. 10 mot Meerblick und Jacuzzi hat zwar zwei Terrassen aber ist sehr sehr klein das Zimmer. Lediglich das Bett hat Platz. Der Aufpreis ist es nicht wert.

Un hotel nel cuore dell’isola, con giardino e piscina bellissimi. È stato bello sia vivere l’hotel che esplorare l’isola. A due passi la fermata del bus che ti porta ovunque . Colazione eccellente. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera bella e confortevole con terrazzino spazioso . Ci torneremo di certo !
