"The room was clean and well sized for 2 people. Nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Friendly helpful staff. Only suggestion is make coffee in the lobby instead of having a machine."
"This property is liking being home. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. I needed to call the desk twice for something and they were at my room with what I needed in minutes. The one thing I would let others know is it is an older building so no elevator. It was a bit of a struggle for this 68 year old to lug my bags up three flights of steps especially since I was exhausted from my seven hour drive to get here from Pennsylvania. E still very much enjoyed our stay and the morning continental breakfast and readily available free bottles of water."
"The staff were friendly and the cooked to order breakfast is excellent. The hotel is older but well maintained and in good repair. The room was very clean. I had a great nights sleep!"
"Our stay was lovely , however if you are on the first floor you will hear the person walking above you , the walls are thin. We loved the restaurant it was nice & convent, however our waitress really showed little interest with us and our food took forever to get us. Also , last thing , when you arrive you have no idea where to check in. A suggestion for the main office is to put a sign on the front of the building that says office , we literally wandered for a solid 15min before we had to ask someone on where we needed to go.
Other than that our stay was great , water was beautiful & room was nice and clean."
"My husband and I had an amazing stay. We were so grateful to receive a complimentary room upgrade…it was such a thoughtful surprise. Even though the weather wasn't ideal, we still had a fantastic time and made the most of our trip. It's a wonderful destination for a couples' getaway, and the hot tub was definitely one of our favorite parts of the experience! The staff was helpful and responsive too."
"I was only in town for one night for a family reunion and the Hampton Inn is my “go to” when visiting Rutland. It’s centrally located and has plenty of parking. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. Hot breakfast in the morning is a great addition! I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back."
