"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had an excellent stay at Tru by Hilton Home2 Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home.
The hotel was spotless, and our room was modern, updated, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the great amenities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was another big plus—close to attractions, restaurants, and shopping, yet still quiet and relaxing.
Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained hotel with outstanding customer service, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!"
"Wish the swimming pool worked. Location is said to be busy. Affordable room, convenience led. The room was disgustingly. There were stains on the walls and crack pipes under the beds. Staff should clean and detail carefully."
"Clean room and bathroom. Check in was quick and easy. Checkout took way longer than expected since the front desk guy was on the phone. He didn’t even acknowledge us while he continued talking to whoever he was on the phone with. Fine, I figured it was another customer. I reminded him about the breakfast vouchers, which he provided. We then went across the room into the onsite Denny’s for breakfast. Extremely rude staff in there. No one acknowledged us for a good 5 mins while we waited at the front podium. When the hostess finally came over (after she was done cleaning tables off and cleaning the floor- mind you facing us) she gave us menus and took us to a booth. We sat at the booth for about 10-15 mins while no one came to even say hi or get drinks ordered. I looked around the room and saw this was the same situation for all the tables around us. It’s fine if they were busy, but the restaurant had more waitress available than open tables.
We left without ordering. Gave front desk back the vouchers and left.
Not a bad hotel at all. Room was nice and clean. They just need to work on the outside lighting and the staff needs to be more helpful."
