"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment! "Overall an amazing place, we arrived too early for check in but we were allowed to have breakfast. We met a wonderful waiter called George who was by far the best team member there, exactly the person you want to meet after a flight, transfer and no sleep. I was annoyed when I was told I only had bed and breakfast, only for the receptionists to realise their mistake, I felt like they thought I was lying. I would of given this venue five out of five if it wasn’t for that incident."

"We booked hotel for one night. I stay with my husband and baby. We arrive at 14.00 for check in but in reception they ask to wait another 30 min to prepare room. It wasn’t so comfortable because baby wanted sleep and it was too hot to wait. But receptionist lady was very kind and apologize for this. "We’re regulars at this hotel and was greeted by the staff so friendly, we only had a one night stay as we took a morning boat trip locally from protaras pier. I had booked the front sea facing room and added notes for a high level floor. Sadly we were allocated level 2 which was my only criticism- breakfast was lovely as usual - the lovely lady Adel in the Spa is always super friendly & cheery when collecting pool towels.
