I stayed here for a conference. It was within walking distance of everything I needed. My room was very comfortable. The kitchen was helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic.

Showed up at 5pm thinking a 3pm checkin would be fine. My room wasn't ready until 645p. We had a show to attend at 730, so it was disappointing we didn't have time to get ready in the room since we live a bit away from there.

The amenities were great, and designed to accomodate an extended stay, as always. I did not make much use of them. The location to the venue was a key selection motivator. I was easily accomodated with my request for a 2 hour delay in my checking out.

Great comp breakfast, comfy room
One of the best things about our lovely room was the abundance of outlets to plug in all of our electronics, hearing aids, and other devices. And, the breakfast was amazing... the eggs were so fresh, terrific potatoes and the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here the next time we travel to Providence.

Would absolutely stay again!
This hotel was perfect! We were seeing a show at the Amica Arena, which is literally right across the street. The location couldn't have been better. Within a couple of blocks, there are a ton of great bars and restaurants. The room was perfectly clean, everything nice and updated. The room truly was a suite, with a sitting area and FULL kitchen. Full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, even a small dishwasher. Complete with dishes, glasses, and basic utensils. This is a hotel you could definitely stay at for a longer duration. The only small hiccup was the bar in the lobby. It wasn't very crowded, but the bartender was super slow. So much, that after waiting over 15 minutes to even try to place an order, we just gave up and left.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very professional, accommodating, and friendly. My only disappointment was the cost of valet. On the website it cites $10 per day. Upon checking in, (for an overnight stay) i was informed it would be $35. I never called for my vehicle except for when i checked out the following morning. I just think it's a steep price for out of towners, its really their only option for parking.
