"Don't book here. The front desk reception, Ray in particular, is supposed to be the first point of contact to welcome you to the hotel and set the tone. Instead we got a rude greeting, followed up by the hotel not having the crib ready (it was requested in advance). Then when the crib was delivered it was with dirty sheets and not comfortable. The pool area also ran out of towels with no restock at one point. Finally, i was called multiple times to come downstairs for a card i put on file with the front desk. don't stay here."

"The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more lounge space on the beach."

"Apparently, the hotel is frequented by single man, and the restaurant itself is not open for dinner. The hotel was recommended by the clinic where I was having my eye surgery, not for leisure. Per the front desk suggestion- went to the bar to dine in- the bartender named Brian Kotz- greet us with a harsh words and despotic demeanor when I said: we would like to order dinner, his response was in an annoyed tone without even looking us- I’m the only one here and I have only one cook it’s going to take 30 to 45 minutes and walked away. Within an hours of post surgery wearing an eye patch and still feeling the the lingering effects of anesthesia- sat down, having no choice but to put up with the rude, despotic bartender who humiliated us in front of everyone else at the bar. He came to take our orders, i made it simple burger and sprite for drink, he brought me a water with ice, but didn’t complaint- didn’t want no more problems. To our surprise, the food didn’t take long, no one else present was eating they were all just drinking. I mentioned the tasteless drink to the server, who then asked this to the bartender- his response was: bring me more sprites I don’t have any left- which confirms that he knew exactly what he was serving me and simply didn’t care. He treated me and my sister like a second class clients/ guests he couldn’t legally refuse us service- he showed his truest character!"

"I wouldn't choose any other hotel in Boynton Beach. Simply said; AMAZING staff and the rooms are spotless and kept that way. Also, for the money you cannot get any better and I know this for a fact. Thank you for making my stay seamless and fun! Definitely 5 Stars from me😊"
