"This resort was classy top to bottom. The room and the turn down service were impeccable, the service at bars and restaurants was excellent, the food was stellar and you cannot beat the Grace Bay beach and the Palms pool if you wanted a break from the sun at the beach. We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We left talking about the next time we can come back and stay."

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."
