Ms. Winters and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. She even went to the store to buy us sunscreen, and made a special breakfast for my birthday. We were pleased by the property. Thanks for a great time!

The house is super clean, has everything that you need, perfect location, very nice host. Looks just like the pictures.

Rooms have literally just a bed tv and bathroom not much space and barely a window, kinda like sleeping in a box. You have to prepare breakfast yourself, location is not close to anything really except the airport. Very hard to get a taxi from here. Also, security deposit hold is held for a month after visit. Just good to sleep and shower that’s it.

The unit smelled strongly of bug spray, especially the sheets on the bed. Dead roach and bugs in kitchen on floor and drawers. Utensils were dirty. Very dusty on fan, vents and air fresheners.

Paid for a deluxe studio. Room 11 has no windows or sliding doors. It is a cave. Make sure your room will have a window. Front desk poorly staffed with no bell or ‘back in 10 minutes’ instructions as how to contact staff. Careful of extra charges.

The property is not in a good area. There is nothing around but local apartments - no food, no dining, no beach - the property has very limited parking and a guest was blocked in for two hours. There is not breakfast to speak of - although after my review the manager was setting up breakfast - the previous day my wife and some other guests had to scrounge around a kitchen to find some coffee to make. the guy that answers the phone is not onsite. We will not be staying there again.

Ms. Winter the property manager made our one night unplanned stay a treat. The place is a gem and will only get better with the planned additions. Winter took us to a very nice restaurant and made sure that we made our flight the next morning.

Would have been five stars, but breakfast was never provided and the kitchen was locked every day we were there except the last day. The pool is nice but small, that being said we were the only ones there so it was private. You will absolutely need a rental car here, as the surrounding area is not very walkable. There aren't many restaurants in the immediate area but there are a few ~5 min drive away. The room itself was very clean and nice; we had a fridge and AC. If you aren't planning on staying at your hotel much this place definitely should be considered, but note that it's about a 15-minute drive to the "touristy" side of the island.

The water was not getting hot enough, my friend and i fell a couple of times in the bad tub (while sober), 2 male employees walked into the apartment while without knocking and i was in my towel half way off in the living room.

Le Boooo Bed, no Breakfast
Despite the name and description this property does NOT offer breakfast. Another family that booked via Expedia said they paid ADDITIONAL for their breakfast, but were also denied breakfast. In fact - there is NO breakfast on the property. Our room did not have hot water for several days. I told the management each day and they did not send anyone to look at it. After the third day I discovered a hot water heater under the kitchen sink that was unplugged and the valve was turned off. I asked if I should plug in the heater (via Whatsapp - their main form of communication) and he said - "yes that should most likely fix the problem." Our room was located at the back of the building which had swarms of mosquitos in the evening. Every night we had to kill several mosquitos in our room or else get bitten throughout the night. The kitchen also had ants. I suspect if we had a room towards the front, we would not have had these issues. The property is well-kept and clean. There is a charming, but small swimming pool. The room was larger than I expected -the bedroom was separated from the living room and kitchenette. It was also clean and pleasantly decorated. The kitchen was very useful and stocked with most of the items you would need to cook your own meals. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and kind. Management should learn a little about hospitality as well as look up the definition of "bed and breakfast". There is a lot of room for improvement at this new hotel.
