The room was very clean with a great view of the water! The on site food/amenities were great with very friendly and attentive staff. It was enjoyable to relax on the chair outside the room along the water. Only issue was that as being 6' 3" the set up of the bathroom was a little tight for me as the sink and toilet positioning made it a little cramped, but with the view I had and everything else with the property I can get over that! I would highly recommend the Provincetown Inn to all!

We/3 stayed only 1 night. Was nice to get checked in early. View was beautiful, we stayed at a room with water view & patio. Towels & toiletries were very good! Unfortunately, it was noisy. People walking/talking outside our room can be heard late at night. Lastly, the following day before checking out, we went out for a walk and our keys were deactivated and have to go to front desk twice. The staff was nice and helpful.

I had a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning from my balcony. The staff were wonderful. The location was ideal… The last place on the desirable West End, but yet I could park my car and bike ride or walk into the heart of town. Incredible views. I look forward to returning.

Nice setting away from busy main areas and not far to walk. Hotel improvement works seem to be ongoing to modernise with new breakfast cafe opened and rooms looking more modern. Staff were friendly.

Very good location. Great views. The hotel is dated. The room we were in had a sink faucet that had a missing part. Some outlets had exposed wires. Furniture was scuffed up. Definitely needs some upgrades. Coffee shop coffee was very good. Food not so much. Recommend walking or driving to town for any meal. For the most part, staff was very nice. No regrets but will try a different spot next visit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the hotel and history. A few minor maintenance issues, but the amazing views are worth it. Just wish they had an elevator. Overall recommend.

Positives Located in the quiet West End Great views Big pool Parking Comfortable beds Many rooms have terraces with Adirondack chairs Negatives Paper thin walls. We could hear the baby crying in the next room and the people walking around in the room above us. Small bathroom with tiny sink Amenity fee is charged whether you use the pool or not At almost $400 per night with taxes and amenity fee, it was an okay value considering it was Carnival Week in Provincetown
