"The tub/shower combo was extremely slow draining; so much so that we stood in ankle deep water the whole time. The tub needed to be resurfaced again cause it was cracked/peeling, the ice machine on 4th floor didn't work, our room was for 3 people with a king a hide-a-bed and the hide-a-bed had no linens on it. There was an extra pillow and blanket in the closet, but I had to ask for sheets and then I had to make up the bed myself."

"The staff was amazing. Special shout-out to Carlos, who helped me with my luggage, even though it was not his job, and to Stephanie at the front desk, who helped me change rooms when the air conditioning was not working in my first room. She brought the new room keys up to me, and I am so grateful to her."
