The room was a little dirty. Found a paper plate with syrup upside down under the chair. The blow dryer was barely hanging on the wall. Toilet seat very loose and the sink handle as well. It was good enough for just one night to sleep and then get back on the road. We would not go back.

We love this place however did have a few hiccups this time we stayed. Comfort Inn & Suites Orem - Provo
Very clean, comfortable, excellent service, convenience, price, everything. After staying in so so or down right crappy hotels, this was a breathe of fresh air. Parking lot was small but the front desk agent was very accommodating in helping us fit in a spot.

Provo River Inn
Property is super dated and pretty rough. Carpet is stained beyond black on the stairs, shower had multiple leaks, tub was in disrepair. This place was probably nice 50 yrs ago, but is past due for a refurb. Bed was clean. Staff was amazing. Classic case of you get what you pay for.

Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Lehi
