As soon as I walked in, it smelled so clean. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I usually travel with my husband and this was my first time staying at a hotel by myself. I was very nervous. When she handed me my key, she pointed out my room number. She did not say it out loud for the other people to hear. I really appreciated that and helped me feel safe. Breakfast was delicious also.

Great Family Friendly Hotel

Easy to book. Needed to add on extra night, they did qith no problem. Could tell they were in middle of training people but still were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

It was convenient for the route I was traveling. It was very comfortable and spacious. The only downside for me was the railroad tracks across the highway made it noisey at times.

The staff was very friendly & accommodating. They let me park my Camper in the parking lot while my vehicle was being repaired, then one woman even offered to give me a ride to the mechanic shop where my vehicle was being repaired when she overheard that I couldn’t find a taxi, Uber or Lyft in the area. I can’t say enough about how wonderful my stay here was, especially given the stressful conditions.

The bed was great but lady at check in was very rude, the room we book was messed up, i have a service dog and she was rude and if we took a sweet was going to xharge us more, we have stayed in many hotels first time we have had trouble with my service animal, i stated clearly she was a service dog.

Hotels.com is one of the least customer service friendly organizations I have ever dealt with. Very disappointed and I will not be booking any future travel with you or any organization I find owned by the same group. And I will research it.

The staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good. My only complaint is that the beds are extremely high. I had my elderly parents with me and they couldn't get onto the bed. We had to use the desk chair as a stool the first night. The staff then purchased little step stools but they were still too low. We wound up using the lounge chair in the room.

My room was musty. Shower was dirty and had pieces broken off of the fixtures and left lying on the edge. Wi-fi was slow, when it worked, which was rarely -- ironic, because you could see Google's facilities out the back door. Complained at the front desk about the crappy wi-fi and the clerk responded, "Well, mine is working fine."

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good six with 2 queen beds and sitting area with small sofa. Also includes mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. This stay includes breakfast. When we went down at 6:30 it was ready, but whoever cooked the setup cooked everything well done. The biscuits were too dark the eggs were browned and the sausages were almost burnt and dried out.all of the cereals muffins, juices etc were great. When we came back down an hour later to check out, fresh food was in the warmers and none of it was over cooked or burnt. So the person following setup fixed everything. Great job fixing an error. My only thought is it would be better to have plain eggs than eggs with the peppers inside , because you canoffer salsa or peppers on the side. This way you can accommodate those who like salsa and peppers and those who do not.
