"The property was clean, comfortable and convenient for visiting Energyland. Communications with property owners was excellent. Early check in was appreciated. The only problem was the coffee pot handle broke, causing a mess and breaking the pot. Free parking was provided. Proximity to restaurants and grocery stores were convenient. The property was listed as one bedroom. Actually it is a studio. "

"A very nice and, most importantly, clean place. The rooms are a bit small but sufficient for a family of 2+2 teenagers to stay for a week and have a great time. "The hotel and staff were wonderful! Our room was clean and supplied with soft towels and coffee. We loved the sauna hot tub area which you could use once a day no extra charge. We didn’t experience the massages at the spa, hopefully next visit. The breakfast was included and was delightful with a variety of dishes to choose from. The restaurant has very good food and friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Oswiecim. "

"Ciężko znaleść wejscie do hotelu, przybyliśmy późnym wieczorem i po wejściu do hotelu od strony parkingu uderzający był gwar i zapach piwa jak z baru piwnego. Pokój był zimny a ogrzewanie nie działało,wstawiono nam grzejnik elektryczny.Telewizja nie działała . Rano po zejściu na śniadanie zastaliśmy jedną panią która była zajęta przyjmowaniem płatności kartą i puste talerze z jedzeniem -nie było talerzy,kubków,bułek ,resztka chleba,po jednym plasterku żółtego sera i białego .Słowem nie było co zjeść .Dopiero po zgłoszeniu do recepcji coś się jednak znalazło. "

"Room was very well appointed and lots of plug sockets everywhere. Nice bathroom, shower enclosure leaked (I rarely find a hotel that doesn't). Room was warm even in March and the air-con only worked for heat at that time of year. TV had only 2 English news channels, not even one English movie or music channel. Shame. It's nice to go to bed and watching something for an hour..... We would stay again, it's super central and we paid only £75 p/n."
