Svatma - A Luxury Heritage Resort

"Svatma is a unique property filled with rich heritage architecture and authentic artifacts. Management has done a commendable job preserving its historic character while incorporating modern amenities. The gardens and surrounding grounds are also impeccably maintained. Breakfast was a highlight—we enjoyed an authentic South Indian spread with fresh fruits and juices, and the chef made a personal effort to greet us. However, there is room for improvement in housekeeping to truly make the experience top-notch. Surfaces could be wiped down more thoroughly to remove visible fingerprints, and the mineral deposits and water stains on the bathroom glass were noticeable eyesores. Arriving late at night, we appeared to be the only guests, and the staff seemed somewhat surprised. Given the property’s beauty and historic charm, it definitely deserves far more visitors."

"Amazing is the word. The place is so nicely done up that you feel the luxury. Every corner is photogenic and rooms are great. In Room dining services are not available and would be desirable. But overall we had an amazing experience. Big shoutout to Chidambaram, there front office guy, he took us on a history tour of the place and it was really informative. Will surely stay here again."
