"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"

"Location is good with quiet and secluded surroundings. The rooms were clean but the toilets and bathrooms were dirty. Sometimes the flushes were not working or there were issues with the drainage. Staff was prompt to respond but the property need some regular maintenance work. Breakfast options were good."

We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park.
