We got doubled charge for our stay. Only noticed when we got our statement Hotel did not credit the charge until we called them directly. 1st through Expedia And 2nd by the hotel. Hotel and rooms are outdated For breakfast they only had a granola bar out No tea.

Our room had a dirty sock under the window, and one of the lamp shades was dirtied with what looked like food stains. For breakfast, they offered gogurts and nutri grain bars, so the breakfast buffet photo on the site is very misleading. I’m giving two stars for at least having clean sheets and a coffee maker in the room. Although, we were given three decafs and one regular coffee. We honestly weren’t expecting much for the price, but it would have been nice to have a clean room.

Staff was teenager- gave us key to someone else’s room in the middle of the night! Needless to say neither of us were happy, breakfast was only nutrigran bar , halls reeked of marijuana, old, and out dated and just all around bad! Never will I stay here again, even if it’s just for couple of hours sleep

The gentleman at the front desk was great, no complaints at all! It was also in a wonderful location with a tavern (Three Sisters) right across the street. I would just mention that it's definitely an older building. The water took about 5-10 minutes to fully heat up in the shower. Breakfast was just oranges/apples and go-gurts which is totally fine but if you're expecting a continental breakfast, ir wasn't that. It was perfect for a one night stay on the way from Great Dunes.

I did a job up at Rye. We stayed there a couple of years ago for like a month, this time ice machine down, phone didn’t work in the room. Glad we had sales, had to use our phones to call down to figure out how to turn on the TV Sheets and pillows weren’t white no continental breakfast one cup of coffee and some fruit bars. The bed was comfortable, but we didn’t wait to shower. We just got the hell out of there.
