Unfortunately we had to waiting over 20 mins before checking in because they seemed to be slightly understaffed but we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and kind, everything was very cleanly and our room was great!

the people on my floor were very loud and i did not sleep good and they let their kids run around and make a lot of racket at 1 am in the morning

Convention Center across the street. Nice spacious room/suite, environmentally conscious with motion sensor lights. Breakfast buffet was tasty! Pool & hot tub were enjoyable. Only glitch was one elevator not in service slowed down the access to room.

Staff did well working around remodeling. Hall had an odor but it didn’t permeate into the room. Cleaning and breakfast staff were the best - professional and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Room was hot even with heater turned completely off. We finally turned on ac so we could sleep (in March).

Room was spacious, clean and in good condition. Wallpaper in the hallway was peeling, but it was mentioned at check-in desk that it was being worked on. Hotel is easily accessible from I-25, and is convenient/walkable to downtown riverwalk area.

Loved the rooms. They were clean and updated. We slept with the window open just for some fresh air and heard trains going by periodically. Not loud and obnoxious, but distant and soothing.

Great free breakfast & big rooms!
Great hotel next to the Convention Center! Loved the free breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, oatmeal bar, waffles, juice, and coffee. Nice large rooms with separate living room seating, 2 TVs, and a big bathtub. Loved the pool & hot tub too.

Great Stay!
Staff was friendly and very efficient. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Pool/Hot Tub area was clean and well-maintained. The hotel itself is undergoing upgrades and renovations. The common areas were compromised with storing needed materials, work equipment, construction people, etc. There was no bar area available at this time. The breakfast was ample with a nice variety and well-attended by patrons. It was just a one night stay for us to get out of Colorado Springs and enjoy a small town vibe in Pueblo. The hotel is wonderfully located near the Riverwalk and downtown businesses. We enjoyed walking around and taking in the local cuisine, shops, and pubs.

Perfectly fine hotel undergoing renovations
This hotel is just fine. It is not fancy, and priced accordingly. It is clean and comfortable. It was walking distance to restaurants and a cultural trail and museums. However, it seems stuff like coffee shops shut down on the weekend. We had no issues with people bothering us in the parking lot as has been mentioned in other comments. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. They are undergoing renovations to update the worn pieces. The pullout bed was veeeeery tired - worn as a couch and a saggy mattress. However, there were all the necessary sheets, blankets and pillows to use it. The bathroom was clean. The downside is the staff could not keep up with breakfast. They were out of everything including coffee. We don’t have time to wait for refills (if that happens, but we prefer to be able to have breakfast at the hotel so we can get driving.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff
Staff was super friendly. Room was nice. Very happy with stay. Only disappointment was how cold the pool was kept. We stood at three hotels during our road trip and this pool was the only one that kiddos couldn’t enjoy due to temperature. Hot tub was nice.

I really liked the location to the major highways around Pueblo. In spite of the close proximity to these highways, it was very quiet.

A Mixed Experience at Springhill Suites
I regret to report that this Springhill Suites has deteriorated on several levels. We are always searching for reasonably priced hotels in Pueblo while visiting family and often stayed at the Marriott Courtyard across Sante Fe street. We stayed previously at this hotel and it was satisfactory in 2022 and early 2023. First the good news; the room was spacious (we had a suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed), clean, the shower acceptable and the room workers were kind and accommodating. Our grandsons loved the pool and hot tub area while we used the well maintained gym. The front desk workers were all friendly to the point of knowing it was us that forgot a nerf football in the pool. Sadly, the outrageous anti-loitering sound system installed at the gas station next door screamed all night long and by day every time we went to the our car. We were approached, twice by homeless individuals while walking with our grandsons in the parking lot. Breakfast was the most disappointing with watery, cold oatmeal, large open garbage bins often spilling food and paper plates, water coming out of the cranberry juice spigot, coffee running out and finally a woman tried smoking by opening the side door allowing smoke to enter the dining area. Painting being done in the hallways smelled up the elevators and fresh paint spots were all over the carpet. We were disheartened see this deterioration and hope it can be remedied.

great getaway hotel !
Had an amazing night. The room was really clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing just a bit full and food was running out fast other then that the check in and out was easy and time efficient.

Good over all.
The Bathroom needed a little work on being more clean, I was not the first person in there, so it could have been my husband who left dirt on the floors?? The room is starting to show it's age- rust on door frames, wering of flooring and wall materials... The beds were comfortable and the rooms very quiet!!! Temperature was nice that we could control- and so that was good! The mini fridge did not work- never got cold so had to throw our left overs away the next morning. Hotel Employees were very nice and helpful- very pleasant!
