4/5 - Good
Seemed like a nice place but once in the hotel I didn’t explore further

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the amenities were perfect and available for a relaxing day.

Beautiful facility. Nice beds and pillows.

Room, restaurant, food and staff were beautiful. Room is not sound proof so you can hear your neighbours like they are in the room with you, and there was a wedding on so the music and speeches sounded like they were in your room until 1:30am. Nice building clean apt. It would have been nice if there were shades on the kitchen windows or a curtain between the bedroom and kitchen. The bed frame is too large for the space and makes it difficult to move around in the bedroom.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment was perfect for our family’s week stay in Quito. Very clean and comfortably furnished. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was perfect, so convenient to have in our apartment.
